Each of our signature cocktails is taste-tested in-house and approved by our founders.


Taconic Perfect Manhattan

  • 2 oz. Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey
  • ½ oz.  sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz. dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Luxardo maraschino cherry

Fill shaker with ice.  Add rye, vermouths, bitters and stir well.  Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.


Copper’s Harvest Manhattan

2 oz. Taconic Rye or Bourbon

½ oz. Antica Formula Vermouth

1 oz. mulled cider

½ oz. Luxardo cherry syrup

Dash of bitters

Place ingredients in shaker with ice.  Stir well & strain into glass.  Garnish with cherry.


Taconic Boulevardier

  • 1 ½ ounces Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Campari or Aperol
  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  • Twist of orange peel

Place ingredients in shaker with ice.  Sitr well and strain into coupe glass.  Garnish with twist of orange peel.


The Big Apple

  • 1 ½  ounces Taconic Rye whiskey
  • 1 slice of apple
  • ½  ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 dash bitters
  • ½  cup sparkling apple cider

Fill a large cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add whiskey, vermouth, and bitters. Strain into rocks glass. Top with sparkling cider. Garnish with apple slice.



2 oz. Taconic Rye

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

½ oz. red wine

Combine rye, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker with ice.  Shake and strain in rocks glass with ice.  Top with wine.  Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.



  • 1 bottle Taconic Rye (750 ml)
  • 2 oz. Luxardo cherry liqueur
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 string rock candy (6 inches)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 cloves
  • 6 star anise

Fill one-quart jar with fruit, spices and rock candy.  Add Rye, making sure fruit is submerged.  Store at room temperature for minimum of two days.  Serve neat or on the rocks.  Garnish with rock candy stick.


Taconic Sunset

  • 1 ½  ounces Taconic Founders Rye Whiskey
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • Juice of one clementine
  • Splash of Taconic Maple Syrup

Stir ingredients together with ice and strain into rocks glass.  Garnish with clementine slice.


Tea Party

  • 1 ½ oz Taconic Rye
  • ¾  oz cucumber syrup
  • 3 dashes peychauds bitters
  • 3 dashes citrus bitters

Combine ingredients over ice and stir well.  Rinse an old fashioned glass with yellow chartreuse and strain cocktail. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressing before dropping in.
