Each of our signature cocktails is taste-tested in-house and approved by our founders.


Drunken Sailor

  • 1 oz. Taconic Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Taconic Rum
  • 3 oz. limeade (made from frozen canned limeade)
  • Splash of Taconic maple syrup 

Mix all ingredients & serve over ice.  Can be made in batches and chilled ahead of time (1-1-3 ratio)


El Presidente

  • 1 ½  oz Taconic Rum
  • 1 ½  oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • ¾ oz Curacao, Barspoon Pomegranate Grenadine

Stir ingredients over ice. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel, expressed before dropping in.


Rum Flip

  • 2 oz Taconic Rum
  • 1 oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 whole egg
  • Splash Fresh Orange Juice
  • 3 drops Chocolate Bitters

Combine first four ingredients in shaker and dry shake for 1 minute. Add ice and shake briefly to chill.  Strain into coupe glass and add 3 drops chocolate bitters.



  • 2 oz. Taconic Rum
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 2 oz. seltzer water

Gently muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in rocks glass.  Add lime juice and remains of lime peel.  Stir in Rum and top with seltzer.  Garnish with mint.
